Diwali Gala 2024

At the very outset we would once again like to apologize that we had to cancel our Diwali Celebration at the Parliament hill. This had to be done as the circumstances were beyond our control. We regret if this caused any inconvenience to you. However, continuing our tradition to celebrate Diwali we now have good news. We will now celebrate Diwali at a new venue and a new date as per details below:
Date:       Saturday, 23^rd November, 2024
Venue:    Cedar Hill Golf and Country Club, 56 Cedar hill Drive, Nepean, K2R 1C5.
Time:     Door will open at 5.00 pm.
Ticket:   $30.00 per person.
(From each ticket sold we will be sending $5.00 to a charity named 'Freedom from Poverty Foundation' which is a CRA approved charity. You can get more information about this charity from their website www.ffpf.org ).
Please note that due limited capacity of the hall we will be able to accommodate fewer number on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. Those interested in joining are requested to do the following two things.
1. Please e-transfer money to [email protected]. Kids less than 5 years of age are free. There are no printed tickets and your name will be added to the list of attendees and you can check in at the registration desk upon arrival. With your e-transfer please do mention the Full Names of all the attendees.
2. Also please register using the link: bit.ly/diwaligala2024.
Please note, registration is mandatory. Please register by November 15^th or earlier to secure your spot. Your registration must be followed by a money transfer.
There is ample free parking at the Venue.
We have arranged delicious snacks to be served upon arrival, followed by entertainment for you with songs and dances and finally sumptuous dinner will be served.
