Number of positions:
$14.25 per hour + 4% vacation pay. Payment bi-weekly after deducting income tax, UI and CPP at source.
This is a summer position, 35 hours per week for 8 weeks.

1. Age: Between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment.

Description of the Position:
The participant will be responsible to migrate the organization's website
smoothly to the Microsoft Azure platform. Shall be responsible for updating, populating, creating, and modifying
pages, posts, photo galleries, videos, etc. Create and monitor Facebook, Twitter, and other social media
accounts. The participant shall be required to carry out administrative work, write the user manual, grant
application, report writing and presentation, conduct literature review, and update email lists. The
participant will survey with the OFIC members to determine the activities that should be taken up by OFIC in
the next year. The participant shall be required to carry out other online learning activities as determined by the
Participant to provide updates on progress made to the supervisor weekly.
Required Skills or Assets
Because of the COVID-19 situation, the participant will have to work from home and therefore must have
access to the computer. Should have good knowledge of computer applications such as MSWORD, EXCEL,
PowerPoint, and web browsing/searching. Knowledge of website development/design and data analytics will
be considered an asset qualification. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
