OFIC organised a National Diwali volunteer recognition dinner at East India Co., Robertson Rd. Ottawa. Recognition certificates were signed by Todd Doherty. His Excellency Mr Ajay Bisaria, High Commission of India to Canada graciously handed over the recognition certificate to each volunteer.
